| Step by Step Process for Choosing an Entity |
| Choosing an appropriate business entity is an important first step in setting up your new enterprise. It is a personal choice based upon legal considerations which include tax, business and personal liability issues. |
 Step 1: Review the business entity descriptions and see which one fits the type of business you are proposing. We provide descriptive information and charts which compare the various entity choices. Once you have a good idea as to which entity is right for you, continue on to Step 2. |

| Step 2: Fill out entity questionnaire. The purpose of the questionnaire is to gather information, which will be needed to complete the registration process. The questionnaire will also provide a double check as to compliance matters and will reveal whether your business fits the entity model from both a legal and a business plan standpoint. |
| Step 3: Complete the pre-registration process and submit the questionnaire along with your order for review. |
| Step 4: Confirmation of acceptance. One of our staff will email a confirmation of order acceptance and will verify completeness for state compliance for your chosen entity. Once your order has been accepted and it is determined that the questionnaire is complete, you will be assigned a code which you can use to track the progress of your order. The code also makes it very easy for our staff to quickly locate your records. (It is important to note that we cannot verify the accuracy of the information provided. You must be the final editor of your submittal). |
Step 5: Clarification. During the preparation and filing period of your entity, we may have a few questions, or seek clarification of points of coverage. You will be notified by email and first class mail, once your entity is complete and filed. Your completed corporate kit will arrive within 3 weeks of order acceptance.

| Step 6: Review materials. Once your completed corporate package arrives, please review all of the materials and ask any questions pertaining to the process. Remember, we are only a phone call away.
